When I got the call from Alex Drayer to shoot a look book for his bag line, I wasn't sure what to expect.  I'm not really used to being asked about shooting product, but nonetheless, I'm always down for a new opportunity.

The Lexdray collection is actually cooler in person.  It's really hard to do a bag with such subtle complexities proper justice in an editorial without looking completely cheesy.  We decided to shoot the collection as we saw the Lexdray man using it - over the weekend, for work, and for getting around the city.  The designs are sleek and there are so many hidden bonuses...like a waterproof covering for the backpack - who would have thunk it?
