The Blogger Project | Zanerobe Through My Eye
/
There's been this huge debate around the Internet about compensation of bloggers, credibility, and how working with brands in different capacities affects these inputs/outputs. I care, but I don't. I'm probably about as honest as it gets, and I wear my every emotion and opinion on my social media sleeve. I am of the opinion that if I live my life in fairly plain view, that my readers and fans we'll have an understanding and an appreciation for all the choices I make whether you accept them or not. If I chose to get paid for a gig, take free clothes, or what have you, I always do it for a legitimate reason. Not sure why I decided to kick off the post like this but I wanted to make a point about the brand Zanerobe....so follow along...
In a short time, I've become quite close with the boys at Zanerobe. I became familiar with the brand through their press office, and friends with them via hanging and drinking at SXSW. This is one of those brands that you feel like you're on the same wavelength with. This is one of those brands that you would wear the clothes and do a bunch of free things for them just because you want them to do well. Without hesitation, I stopped by the booth, pulled a few top pieces and hit the streets to put together an impromptu look book for their PROJECT Show appearance. Enjoy my interpretation of the brand through my camera lens.
